What We Provide
TriAlliance.org offers a neighborhood police monitoring service. As part of your subscription, coordinate and pay for off-duty Dallas Police officers to patrol the neighborhood. We have a dedicated cell phone number for the officer on duty which members receive and offer off-duty officer notice if you are going out of town. We actively monitor crime reports and help you stay informed and aware of crime in the neighborhood. We do not warrant any level of home monitoring by the policy and do not guarantee any minimum number of patrol hours by off-duty police officers.

This is a service—there are no physical goods or shipments.

Subscription Pricing
You may subscribe to TriAlliance’s police monitoring service under the following plans:

- $290 USD per year
- $26 USD per month

All charges are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

You may choose either plan at checkout. Subscription fees are billed in advance and grant access to our service during the payment period.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

- Moving out of the neighborhood
- Non-use of the service
- Dissatisfaction with service features

We encourage residents to subscribe only if they intend to remain in the neighborhood and benefit from the monitoring.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support (see below). Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle, but no refunds will be provided for the current subscription period.

Privacy Policy

Security & Payment
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Our site is encrypted using HTTPS, and we comply with PCI-DSS standards to protect your payment data. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

Legal and Service Limitations
TriAlliance.org’s services are intended for residents of Pebble Creek, Rolling Trails, and Highlands West. We do not guarantee enforcement of local policies—our role is informational and advisory only.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
